Brock Lesnar vs Frank Mir Full Fight Video | UFC 100 | Dan Henderson vs Michael Bisping Knockout Video

Wednesday, July 15th, 2009

UFC 100 has come and gone and people are still talking about how Brock Lesnar dominated it against Frank Mir. This guy from the WWE simply carried with him the angst and the bullheadedness he got from playing at WWE. With his antics, he has shown that he is one a**hole in the ring, shocking the audience with his rude behavior.

In any case, it seems that people are looking for the Brock Lesnar vs Frank Mir full fight video or the Brock Lesnar vs Frank Mir 2 Full Fight. It would be good to see how Lesnar shocked the crowd and insulted Bud, the major sponsor of UFC!

According to USAToday:

Brock Lesnar confirmed his status as the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s heavyweight monarch, but even at its biggest show of the year, UFC still couldn’t get away from questions about mixed martial arts’ Last Emperor.

“This Fedor thing has gone on and on and on,” UFC President Dana White said on Saturday, during the post-UFC 100 press conference. “Eventually, Fedor’s going to be here,” White said. “We’ll end up getting that deal done, and then we’ll have Brock vs. Fedor, and it’ll be a huge fight.”

Lesnar’s victory over Frank Mir crowned UFC’s undisputed champion, but White’s publicly expressed interest in Fedor “The Last Emperor” Emelianenko amounts to a tacit admission that the Russian superstar still has a grip on MMA as a whole. Based on the collective rankings of mixed martial arts’ trade press, next month’s Emelianenko vs. Josh Barnett match-up for Affliction Entertainment stands out as a more significant fight than Lesnar-Mir last Saturday.

Here’s the Brock Lesnar vs Frank Mir 2 Full Fight Video from YouTube.

lifetime fitness | lifetime fitness triathlon

Lifetime fitness is a dream for most of us. If you have it, you can enjoy the food you want and still be in shape. If you aim for lifetime fitness, then it becomes a lifestyle and not just a passing fad. If you want to put your lifetime fitness to the test, then you better check out the Lifetime Fitness Triathlon.

In St. Paul, Minnesota, thousands of athletes will be at the twin cities to compete in the Lifetime Fitness Triathlon in Minneapolis. According to a report from Minnesota Public Radio:

St. Paul, Minn. — Thousands of athletes, spectators and vendors will descend on the Twin Cities this weekend for one of Minnesota’s signature summer athletic events.

About 3,000 athletes — including 41 professionals — ranging in age from 12 to 85 will compete in the Life Time Fitness Triathlon in Minneapolis on Saturday.

The race starts at 7 a.m. for professional athletes, and about an hour later for the non-professionals.

For the best view, spectators can head to Lake Nokomis, where spokesman Kent Wipf said there will be a viewing area set up along the beach. The event is free and open to the public to watch.

“The best thing about our course is you can really stay right around the Lake Nokomis beach area and see all three aspects of the race,” Wipf said. “You can see the swim, the bike transition area … and then the runners. They go around the lake twice so you can watch them run, and the finish line is right there.”

Wipf said athletes in this year’s race, which is in its eighth year, come from 44 states and eight countries.

I am not fit enough yet to compete in any triathlon. How much more would I fare at the Lifetime Fitness Triathlon? I’ve started pushing for a lifestyle makeover and I’ve started jogging and running, too. In time, I will be able to improve my health and fitness.
