The Truth about six pack abs: scam or legit?

Before I give my verdict, let me just put forward several pieces of information about myself.

I am a 5’5″ guy whose frame is not very big. In fact, I can pass on as thin. It’s just that I take after my father’s body type–he has a bulging belly. Since I was a kid, I remember having this bulge in my belly. When I tried computing for my percentage body fat and my Body Mass Index, I discovered that my fat levels are a little higher than average. I was alarmed.

Just two months ago, a friend of mine, who is just 28 years old died of stroke! That was truly alarming for me. So I decided to get serious with my health and fitness. I want to be fit. I’m on the last week of my first month in getting back to the gym. More than just fitness, I also want to look good with a nice, sculpted six pack abs! Who wouldn’t want that?

Arnold Schwarzenegger Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding

Arnold Schwarzenegger, actually has an encyclopedia called the Arnold Schwarzenegger Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding. It was published in 1985 but it is continually being updated. It remains as a very popular bodybuilding book for beginners as well as professionals. Fans of Arnold will certainly be glad to get a copy of this encyclopedia. Arnold is a multi-awarded bodybuilder with multiple Mr. Olympia awards, he also has perfect symmetry and great charisma. His success story also inspires a lot of people-bodybuilder or not.

The Arnold Schwarzenegger Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding has 800 pages! Imagine that! It’s just like the Opus Magnum to getting a body like Arnold’s. It is quite difficult to put the book down, especially if you are into bodybuilding. So when you get a copy of this book, you better make sure that you have spare time for it.
