The economic situation in the United States is still bad. It seems that it is not going to improve anytime soon. At least, there are people who are saying that it is improving. Whether they are correct or not remains to be seen.

One of the popular searches in the net today is about Best Buy Stores, Best Buy credit cards and other related searches. People are still looking for debt and credit card spending as their savior. They are dead wrong! Even with Best Buy credit cards, it is so easy to fall prey to the temptation of overspending with a credit card around. Responsible use of credit cards is really difficult if all you ever think about is shopping. With Best Buy Stores tempting you to shop, then you might be at the losing end.

Which leads me to the real point of this blog post, I have thinking about ideas for starting a small business | small business ideas. If I just depended on my employee’s income, I might not be able to become financially independent. But a small business could help boost my finances if I really dedicate my time and attention to it.

I’ve been following Fitz Villafuerte’s blog for quite sometime now. I’m amazed with the number of solid suggestions and ideas he has in relation to starting out and managing a business. When I looked at the June livelihood skills training he posted, I couldn’t help but desire to participate in one of those seminars.

So far, I’m considering the Coffee Shop management and laundry management as possible seminars to enroll in. But we’ll see. I gotta read first on starting a small business and how I can put up my own.
