The Role of Context in Communication

Following my post on semantics, symbols and Communication, BeMightyNow deals with the importance of context in communication settings. When you are engaged in personal development, you have to know where people are coming from so that you’ll understand why they are saying the things they say.

According to I. A. Richards, the key to reducing misunderstanding between people who are communicating is context. CONTEXT is very important because different words and terms change from one context to another. But what exactly is CONTEXT?
