Careers in Communication

If your major in College is Communication and its various sub-disciplines such as Journalism, broadcast communication, film, communication research and communication management, you may wonder what in the world are the possible careers in communication you might pursue. I have provided here a rather extensive list of the careers that you can explore.

My bachelor’s degree is BA Political Science, but I decided some time ago that although politics is a pretty interesting subject, it’s not something I’d dedicate my whole life to! So here I am pursuing a Master’s Degree in Communication at one of the major universities in the Philippines.

Interpersonal Communication Tips for Personal Development

Interpersonal communication is important in your career development and in your personal development journey. You may consider yourself more introvert than extrovert yet you still need to communicate to others. Put simply, you cannot live without others. The poet John Donne said that “no man is an island.” Essentially, you need to interact with other persons and engage in interpersonal communication.
