Right now, I really hate BPI! I am sharing my story here so that others will be made aware of what is going on. There are two issues I want to address.

1. The Cash advance fee of BPI credit cards has changed. It used to be 4% or P300, whichever is LOWER! Since September (as I was told by the agent on the phone), it has become 4% or P300, whichever is HIGHER! 

Why was I not informed of that?! They did not send any notification or announcement. As a result, I withdrew P500 from my credit card and then behold, I was slapped with a P300 fee! That is so freaking unreasonable!!! BPI, Bank of the Philippine Islands, you should inform your clients with any changes you want to make!

2. A significant amount of money was sent to me from the United States on Nov 14. Usually, it only takes about 3-5 days to credit to my dollar account. The money appeared on my bpiexpressonline account at about 1am yesterday (20 Nov 2008)! When I tried to withdraw money at 7am, it was gone!!

Since our landline phone is not working, I wanted to check my account online, but bpiexpressonline is not working!!! Check out the following snapshot of www.bpiexpressonline.com.
