Arnold Schwarzenegger, actually has an encyclopedia called the Arnold Schwarzenegger Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding. It was published in 1985 but it is continually being updated. It remains as a very popular bodybuilding book for beginners as well as professionals. Fans of Arnold will certainly be glad to get a copy of this encyclopedia. Arnold is a multi-awarded bodybuilder with multiple Mr. Olympia awards, he also has perfect symmetry and great charisma. His success story also inspires a lot of people-bodybuilder or not.

The Arnold Schwarzenegger Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding has 800 pages! Imagine that! It’s just like the Opus Magnum to getting a body like Arnold’s. It is quite difficult to put the book down, especially if you are into bodybuilding. So when you get a copy of this book, you better make sure that you have spare time for it.

Ronnie Coleman Relentless

Ronnie Coleman is one of the professional bodybuilders in the world enjoying good fame and good money! He has won eight Mr. Olympia wins as a professional bodybuilder. More than that, he was won 26 professional bodybuilder awards! Imagine that! The former most awarded bodybuilder was Vince Taylor. Coleman belongs to the IFBB. He has also released a number of training videos. Among them are Ronnie Coleman Hardcore and Ronnie Coleman Relentless.

He graduated in 1986 from Grambling State University with an accounting degree! Interesting! But instead of crunching numbers and pushing papers in an office, he became more interested in pumping iron and bodybuilding. During his college years, he played football with the GSU Tigers team. His coach was Eddie Robinson. Perhaps because of his good build and his fitness, Coleman became a police officer after graduating from college.
