It was a big break and achievement for Rafael Nadal! Finally, he has won a hardcourt Grand Slam title! After the classic Rafael Nadal Fernando Verdasco fight, Nadal went on with his match against Roger Federer and prevailed.

During the Australian Open 2009 finals, Roger Federer, currently Tennis world’s No. 2, wanted so much to win because if he did, he will be achieving the record of Pete Sampras with 14 Grand Slam titles on his name. Sadly, though, it wasn’t for Roger Federer. There are still several Grand Slam titles this year, I sure hope that Federer will be able to regain his composure and his game. I still want him to beat the record of Pete Sampras.

Rafael Nadal will continue his Grand Slam campaign at the upcoming French Open. That will surely be a thing to watch out for!
