Regain Momentum at Work

Okay, so you’ve been yawning like crazy for the past hour or so. Getting up from bed has been more difficult than usual. You find yourself yawning yourself to death! And worse, the paper pile on your desk has become insanely tall!!!

You look around. You realize you’re all alone!

You scream HEEELLP!! Every eye in the room turns toward you and you suddenly feel like a sinking boat and realize that if you really want to accomplish a lot, you will have to do it by yourself!

Don’t worry, there’s really no need to scream in your office to get the help or the motivation you deserve.

Diet and Losing Weight: It’s All About Discipline

I’m so happy! After several months of hitting the gym (6 months, in fact), I now weigh 142 lb, 14 pounds less than the initial 156 lb I weighed before hitting the gym. I was so happy and wanted to share it right away!

How did I lose 14 pounds in 6 months? Uhmm… there are really no secret here but I want to share with you what I did these past few months so you, too can lose 14 pounds in 6 months!

1. Focus your mind on your task!

If you really want to lose weight, you need a strong will and determination! Without that, all that you will ever have is good intentions, which will amount to nothing if left unchecked. Just like any kind of pursuit in your life, focus is very very important. I can’t overemphasize that!

You should have in your mind a picture of what you want to be. In this case, you should get a photo of yourself when you are still obese or insanely big for your height. Then get a photo of a model or at least a friend who is fit. When you internalize your vision for yourself, you condition your mind and your body to achieve that!
